Shree Ratnam has stood on Johari Bazaar since 1978, and still does most of its business the way it always has: one customer at a time, at the counter, with the bill written in a book. Every gold item sold carries a BIS hallmark and a HUID, and bridal orders are made in-house rather than bought from a wholesaler.
